Help, our subscription has been renewed until 2026, but users still get access denied

Help, our subscription has been renewed until 2026, but users still get access deniedwhen trying to access acrobat, I have assigned the licences etc. when i login to admin centre it says i need to renew, but if I check the renewal date it is valid until October 2026, now none of our users can use the software?? Please help - Ashley
