Help please

Hello,
I have a personal license.
I canceled it.
I bought a new plan for my company.
I haven't activated my company plan yet.
Payment is requested for the personal plan and it is still active.
How can I cancel the personal plan or the company plan?
Virtual help is useless. Our Turkey Telephone communication also gives an invalid number warning.
Turkey Distributor also says they are not interested.
Please provide some reasonable help

To cancel your Individual subscription, please refer to this guide for detailed instructions: Cancel your Individual Plan.

If you wish to cancel your Teams subscription, log into the Admin Console and contact support directly. For guidance, please refer to this document: Support for Teams.
