Help Recovering Access to Adobe Admin Console

I’m reaching out because our company has lost access to our Adobe Admin Console, and currently we do not know who within the organization has administrator access to it.

We would like assistance in either resetting the administrator access or identifying which accounts currently have admin permissions for our corporate Adobe Admin Console.

Could you please guide us on the process to recover access or connect us with the appropriate team who can help resolve this issue?

    Thank you for your response.

    The issue is that I need to identify who the admin of my account/contract is, but I have not been able to find this information internally. I have already tried the usual support channels, but they have not been effective in resolving this situation.

    Given this, I kindly request that someone from your team contact me directly so that my account access and administrative permissions can be properly reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.

    Thank you for reaching out. As you are not listed as an admin for this contract, could you please confirm whether you are the billing owner or the individual responsible for payments?

    I recommend contacting Adobe Support directly using the following link:

    They will be able to assist you further, especially if you are unable to identify the current contract administrator.

    Additionally, please note that if the contract owner is unavailable and there are no other admins assigned to the account, Adobe Customer Care is unable to grant admin access to non-admin users. In such cases, the only available option would be to purchase a new Creative Cloud for teams subscription.
