Hi, I use Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise through my university. The 3-month LinkedIn Premium offer appears, but "Redeem" is disabled. Two classmates activated it with university accounts. Could Adobe check my eligibility and help?

Thank you for reaching out. We understand it’s disappointing to see the offer in your app but not be able to redeem it, especially when your classmates managed to.

Could you first try refreshing the page, or opening it in a different browser? That sorts it out for some users. If Redeem is still greyed out, please let us know if you’ve ever redeemed a LinkedIn Premium free trial or had a paid LinkedIn Premium subscription in the last 12 months, and whether your LinkedIn account is at least 4 weeks old. Adobe and LinkedIn run their own eligibility checks, so passing one doesn’t guarantee you’ll pass the other.
