Hi, I would like to customize Acrobat Pro DC, not cloud

Not sure that I understand the question but here goes...

Q1:  How can i find a standard (not cloud) version of Acrobat DC PRO?

Response: Here is a link to the Serial Number version a.k.a Classic:  Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X  ​

It does not have "paid" Cloud services included in it but you can still access them.  If you want to block them you can do so via the Adobe Customization Wizard DC to create a customized installer:  DC
