Hi - we are requesting a support person to work with us on an issue with Adobe Acrobat and another software package (BMC's Control D).  WE are having issues with getting the document in Control D to pass the 508 compliance checker in version 10 of Acrobat.

I see you didn't get a reply. I should point out that posting in this community forum is not a good way to start a support case. We are not Adobe staff, though they sometimes visit.

By asking for a specific support person, you have really locked out the help you might get. The forum you have chosen is also not obviously relevant to the problem. Finally, your version of Acrobat is now very old, so Adobe's first question if you got them would be: does it work with Acrobat DC?
