Hi, We have CC for teams and one of our memebers got a new computer that we want to put Adobe products on. Do we need to transfer his license? Or how do we go about it?

Your team member just need to sign out of creative cloud desktop app from old machine and then install creative cloud desktop app on new machine to use it.

Sign in and sign out to activate Creative Cloud apps

In case he does not have access to old machine he will still be able to install the Adobe products on new machine using above link.
