Hosting AUSST server on Azure WebApp

Hi, I'm looking to implement AUSST for a large customer and their preferenece is for a managed cloud implementation rather than a local IIS \ Apache server. I was wondering if the Azure WebApp PaaS offering will run the AUSST server (and is supported).
