Hosts double reporting in License Pool

Hello,

I have several device licensed Adobe CC hosts double reporting in my license pool. The same computer is reported as using 2 device licenses. I tried deactivating every host through the team manager license pool online and then reactivating all of the hosts with a license file created from CC packager. Still getting the same behavior. Please help.
