How am I supposed to download, install, and activate creative cloud on 15 systems that DO NOT (and CANNOT) have internet connectivity?

These systems are on 2 networks that will not ever have internet connectivity. Due to the environment they reside in they cannot be connected. Period. So am I supposed to get rid of Adobe products?
