How are you meant to register for VIP programme ?

HiAs I cant buy Adobe software on DVD anymore, my supplier tells me I need to register for the VIP program  on the adobe websiteWell, I dont see any form to fill out and having spent 5 minutes listening to awful 'on hold' music after ringing the 0800 sales line ,,does anyone know the answer ?Thanksrichard
