How can I access my apps?

Just wondering can anyone help me solve this annoying issue I'm having. thankfully I'm not the only student in the class having it either. I have bought my monthly plan subscription which gives me photoshop. It loves to tease and run when it wants to and sometimes it won't let me use it at all like what's the point? It was working completely fine for me these past couple of weeks until recent days. it's highly annoying. I have tried contacting adobe help and they were no help at all which I am not surprised. any help would be highly appreciated. Will be checking constantly for replies.

Hey guys sorry, it took me a while to get back to you all. Gotten a bit busy but finally figured it out thanks to the help of my professor and it guy at the school. Now I got back into them and managed to catch up on my homework. The thing I had to was to log into my personal account and then transfer everything over to my school account to get it all working once again. The it guy at my school was extremely helpful in walking me through it. If I ever have any more issues I'll for sure to post more questions in the future.

Steven, thank you for your question. Which Creative Cloud plan are you trying to access? Your post indicates you have been encountering problems for some time, but I see you just started an individual membership today. Did you intend to purchase an additional membership in addition to the one provided by your educational institution? Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/enterprise-id-faq.html for info on choosing between an individual Creative Cloud plan and the one your school manages. You could use the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html to cancel the individual membership if you did not intend to purchase a separate membership.

 

If your questions are about individual membership, please provide more information, as Kglad and John Waller requested. If the questions are related to the plan from your school, let us know so we can direct this post to the correct forum and provide you with additional suggestions. 

 

One last thing, the amount of time you can cancel the new individual membership without penalty is small; please review and take any needed actions as soon as possible.

Mac or Windows? 

 

From the very fleeting mention of the actual issue in your post, I assume you mean nothing happens when you try to launch Photoshop? Can you describe exactly what happens?

 


It was working completely fine for me these past couple of weeks until recent days.

 

Crucial clue there. Please tell us more. What has changed on your system in that time? Any updates installed?
