How can I change my Business Profile name?

My Business Profile was setup automatically but my company has since changed names. How can I update the name of the Business Profile?

Based on the screenshot, this issue appears to be different from previous cases. In certain situations, renaming the organization might be required to display the correct organization profile name. I recommend reaching out to Adobe Support for further assistance. Hi we have the same problem with our company name being misspelt.  It looks awful on approval requests which there are many sent from within our business.

Apologies for the delayed response.

 

The organization name displayed in the profile-selection UI is defined in the Admin Console and may appear unfamiliar to users. Since this name cannot be changed after the update is complete, it's important to ensure your users easily recognize it. To update the organization name, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Settings tab in the Admin Console.
  2. Navigate to Console Settings.
  3. Click the edit icon next to your organization name.
  4. Make the necessary changes and click Save.

Hi Luther,

 

As we understand you need assistance with updating the business profile name.

If this is the profile name that you need assistance with updating, Currently there is no method to change it.

 

But we'll pass your feedback on to the product teams.
