How can I disable the creation of Desktop Shortcuts (some are for all users and one is for the current user)  and change the folder were the Start menu entries (some are below programs, some are in an Adobe Folder and there is another folder for Adobe Flash Builder ) are created?

I also don´t understand the mix of the packages which are downloaded by the Creative Cloud Packager (language English was selected) there are some folders en-US, some en-GB and Acrobat DC is en-AE.

Acrobat DC installed with the ExeptionDeployer (--installLanguage=en_US was used)  is installed with the language code 1025 (Arabian - Saudi Arabia). How can I change that and how can i specifie a custom mst file to change the location of the shortcuts?
