How can I download free Adobe stock while using enterprise access?

I am a student at Savannah College of Art & Design. I have access to the creative suite as apart of my tuition dues. I am trying to download an Adobe stock template in InDesign but I get a message that says I dont have access to Adobe Stock. So maybe my school didnt give us access to Adobe Stock but it is free. shouldn't I still be able to download it if its free? Please Help!

With an Enterprise ETLA your organisation can choose to limit access to certain services. You could try logging on to adobe.com with a free Adobe ID and search for the template in that way.
