How can i enable the certified use add-on module at programstart?

i need that setting to apply on all computers, any idea?

Certified plug-ins are Adobe ONLY plug-ins. This check box allows only Adobe plug-ins to load and not developer plug-ins. It's more useful as a configuration setting or troubleshooting setting. It is not available to external developers.
