How can i get the adobe Creative Cloud ENT 1.0 installer for Windows 10?, is it compatible with SO Win 10 Pro?

I am not clear if you are talking about the Creative Cloud Packager, which is used to build packages for deployment or the Creative Cloud Desktop Application which is used to install and update applications on the desktop and access services.
Creative Cloud Packager is available from the Enterprise Dashboard deployment tab, the Licensing Website or the Creative Cloud Teams portal.
The Creative Cloud Desktop Application can be downloaded from Adobe Creative Cloud desktop apps | Adobe Creative Cloud
Both are compatible with Windows 10.
