How can I migrate an Acrobat licence to a new Acrobat account?

I have two Acrobat DC licenses associated with a single Acrobat account. One of the licenses is used by three users, that is, one is disconnected so that two can work. The second license is not used by anyone. I think the solution is to associate the second Acrobat DC license to another Acrobat account. But I can not contact Acrobat staff to advise me on this. What I can do...
Thank you!

Gracias!

Hi Patriziaavanzi,

Sorry for the delay in response.

I have checked that you have two Adobe Acrobat DC subscription on the same Adobe ID.

You can use only one Acrobat subscription under an Adobe ID.

You need to cancel one of the subscriptions and purchase the new subscription on a different email ID.

Please contact support to get help on this.

Open this link Contact Customer Care and sign-in with your Adobe ID.

Then select Account issues or your product name from the list provided under the first step.

Then select an option in the second step. After that click on "Show my contact option" in the blue box at the bottom.

There you will get an option to contact the team via chat or phone.

Let us know if you need any help.
