You will need to contact your school to get the school offered Creative Cloud. They will need to invite you into their pool of licences. As of your personal licence, you will have to cancel that one. Be careful with your data in the cloud (all data, including libraries etc). You will be retrograded to a free account with 5Gb of cloud space.
BTW, I would switch back my private account to my private ID (e-mail).
To cancel your current subscription, you need to contact Adobe customer care to avoid paying an early termination fee. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
