How can I relicense CS6 to a new updated computer when old one is gone.

Question

How can I re license CS6 to a new updated computer when old one is gone. I work at a secure facility and all computers do not have an internet connection. I used to be able to activate offline. but now offline activation says invalid Serial # invalid response code. I was on a chat with someone at Adobe I'm assuming and they said they did not support offline activation anymore. So If I can't activate my 7 copy's of CS6 my company is out thousands of dollars. Can anyone help

I take it that this is an enterprise license? If so, your IT folks should have had a way to apply the activation code when installing, but my IT group does that, so I really don't know the details. I do know that Adobe stopped support for Enterprise licenses last June, I believe. however, you should be able to get an answer about how to do this, since you did pay for the software. I'll move this post to the CS enterprise forum, to see if someone know more than the person with whom you spoke.
