How can I upgrade AUSST to 4.1?

I had installed Create Cloud Package, and found the AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool.exe at C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\CCP\utilities\AUSST, But I found this AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool.exe version is 4.0.0.42,not the latest version 4.1; I had downloaded and run CCPLauncher.exe from Creative Cloud Teams Admin Portals whit many times, but the ausst version still 4.0.0.42.

So how can I download or upgrade ausst version to 4.1, then I can syncing Acrobat and Reader updates
