How can one contact Sales via email when living in Europe???

I spent 30 minutes on Adobe's site to find a way to contact sales via email, unsuccessfully. Very very annoying considering I am trying to get an offer for multiple licenses. I am a client for years, I should be able to reach them when I need something, especially when it is in their benefit.

I managed to reach competitors without a problem. Can Adobe provide a solution please.
