How can we send email to all our Adobe Analytics Users?

Hello,

In Adobe Analytics, we have the User Management (legacy) where we were able to send an email to all our users.

Does this feature is available within the "new" AdminConsole?

Or, does the legacy feature still works in the "old" User Mangement section?
