How do companies that use a domain make this work?
I'm with a large radio company. Like most large companies, all of our machines are connected to a domain. My facility has 15 different studios, and users can go to any of them and log in.
The issue is my users are each, individually having to log in to Creative Cloud the first time they log on to a machine in a particular studio before they can use Audition.
This basically requires us to share the login credentials for each workstation with EVERYONE in our facility, which is problematic. There's nothing that stops them from taking the credentials home and using them there for example.
We've tried reaching out to support on several occasions, and the people we've spoken with acted like they had never heard of a Windows domain before.
Any insight into how we can get around this would be greatly appreciated. We're fans of Audition, but have been considering going to a buyout solution like Magix Vegas to end the authentication hassles.
