How do I access my education Creative Cloud membership

I've been having issues installing adobe creative cloud onto my mac. Every single time I try to install it, it  pauses at somepoint duirng the process and continues to be frozen until I quit and try to reinstall. I've tried everything I can think of the fix the problem (restarting my computer, reparing the creative cloud desktop,  uninstalling the creative cloud desktop, updating my operating system, making sure I have enough storage, etc...) and am unsure how to proceed. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to fix this issue?

Kindly use the below link to download and install the creative cloud app on your machine: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html#ProblemsinstallingTryalternativedownloadlinks

 

Please make sure that you have admin rights to install the apps on your machine if it is provided by the University and there are no restrictions on the network.

Chloe, please contact your education institution and verify you are using the correct e-mail to log into the Creative Cloud desktop app.  There is no membership or account associated with the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum.

Hi Jeff, 

Thank you so much for your help! I contacted my administration and they assured me that your account has been created and licensed, sending me the screenshot below. I also have been able to log into my account just fine so I was just wondering how you suggest I should proceed.

I am sorry, Chloe, but I still do not see an account created under that e-mail address.  Unfortunately, your access issues will not be resolved in either a public discussion forum or via our chat support.

 

Please request that the schools Creative Cloud Admin open a support case by using the process at https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/support-for-enterprise.html.  They can schedule a time to meet with a Creative Cloud for Enterprise Expert who can assist them with properly setting up the federated ID used to access your membership.
