How do I access the support offered with my Creative Cloud for Education plan?

Have been on hold adobe was quick to take my money but not give me access to any apps as a student, so aggravated at this point I'm going to dispute with my bank horrible customer service but quick to take your money sorry excuse for a company. Will just you Devinchi resolve 16 free and no hassle or problems.

Hello Jasmin,

We apologize for the experience you have with accessing your subscription. It seems that the license which you purchased under Personal subscription is canceled/inactive and you only have an Adobe Spark license under your "company or school account" so the apps will show the try/buy option when you will try to install or access it.

 

You can contact the support team directly by initiating a chat session who would be able to assist you if you have been charged, click on the chat icon on the bottom right corner of this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html.

I would recommend contacting your internal IT team if you would like to get the license through your University.
