How do I cancel a workgroup subscription? The support service is not working.

I have a problem. The workgroup subscription is not canceled. I'm an administrator. You can't cancel your subscription in the interface. Money is debited. But I want to exercise my legal right to cancel my subscription. This can only be done through technical support. But it doesn't work. And it is also impossible to reach her from Russia. In Russia, the support phone has long been disabled and is not serviced. What kind of lawlessness? What should I do?

Apologies for the inconvenience caused regarding Cancelling your Teams Subscription.

 

I have checked your account details and I understand you wish to Cancel your Team license (1 Quantity).

I see that the Renewal Reminder email was sent and delivered successfully on 28th Feb informing that the Renewal will be on 29th March and if you wish to Cancel or make any changes in the Team plan please contact our Support Team before 29th March.

 

Also, I would like to confirm that the payment got Declined and there is no payment debited from your account towards the account Renewal by Adobe.

 

I understand that you are unable to reach our Support Phone number from Russia. Hence, kindly request you to initiate a chat from your account by going to : https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html and Our Support Team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

I am confident that your Cancellation query can be resolved by our chat Support staff.

Thank you for trying to help, but without success. I know perfectly well how this subscription is canceled. I've worked with this before. The problem now is that support DOESN't WORK. The chat CANNOT be opened. Adobe tries to charge my card every day. It's very stressful. Fortunately, there is simply no money on the card. By the way, this is the reason I'm trying to cancel my subscription. So I'm not a fool, I know how everything works for you. The problem now is that the support service just doesn't work, the chat doesn't open, and all the links lead to the help section.

 

 

 

 

This is a vicious circle. You can endlessly click these damn links, but you can't call a chat through them!
