how do i delete and unsubcribe from a team account plan????????????????

i dont know how i bought it and i need the subscription to stop being payed for but theres literally no option to change the plan or cancel. please please please help, i cant afford $40 being taken from me every month when this was an accident, im already out $40 because i didnt know i had this subsription still till the money got take so please please please help i literally only rarely use photoshop so please help!

its still not letting me cancel. it says i dont have an active subscription but the adobe teams so the subscription, i went to try to delete the account but it wont even let me to that witha teams account
