How do I remove "Workspace" access a shared Adobe Library?

I created a library that was originally shared with the larger organization of my company. Now I would like to make this library only accessible by invitation - is that possible? I don't see a way to remove the Workspace option (and I have other libraries that do not have Workspace members included, so it seems like it should be possible).
