How do I renew my subscription if account manager will not respond?
How do I renew my subscription if Account Manager will not respond? I was informed that I had to wait for a response from my Account Manager and this person is only who can be renew my licenses. My licenses will only be valid for one day. I was also informed that I would get one extra month to renew the license, but the license renewal date was not changed in the administrative account.
Has anyone had a similar situation and can share their experiences?
