How do I reset all of our Acrobat XI Pro licenses to install on new machines? We have the license numbers but can't deactivate them on the old non working machines

Correct. We can't boot due to board failures.

I'm not well-versed in this area, but I think the only way is to contact support and have them do it for you. All the cmd line ways require running on the licensed machine of course.
