How do I share and update branded working design files within my team in Adobe Creative Cloud app?

I would like to know how to properly collaborate with my team in Adobe Creative Cloud app.
We want to have a database of our own branded design templates (psd, ai, indd) that can be easily viewed  and automatically updated in the same way CC Libraries does. 

Ideally, I would like this database of our own made templates to pop up in the same way that Adobe Stock Templates do in each program. 

Any help on the difference would be greatly appreciated. I cannot tell if this is through Adobe Cloud Web only, Adobe Creative Cloud app OR Creative Cloud files in Finder. Its very confusing.

    Thanks for reaching out. I would like to inform you that collaboration allows you to share groups of assets from your Creative Cloud account with other Creative Cloud users and allows them to work cooperatively with those shared assets.

    Hi. Yes I have shared two folders with my team via Creative Cloud Web which they can currently only access online. 
    The intention was that our collaborative shared folders could pop up when we open our local desktop App like this photo. 

    Currently the only ones here are from my personal Creative Cloud Files that I've saved via photoshop. No one can currently see the Shared Folder within the software- Even in the Shared with You column nothing shows up. 


    Then the second issue is that even though I have saved two folders with files containing .psdc's to my Creative Cloud Files in Finder, they are no where to be seen on both Creative Cloud web and local desktop app. The only way they pop up anywhere, is if I manually drop them online. 

     


    There seem to be all of these indications that they're syncing somewhere, but they are no where to be seen in Creative Cloud app. Nothing seems to connect between my local computer and Creative Cloud web AND then for my team to view either.
