How do I turn off updates?

Like the subject says...

So far I hate CC.  It seems like every time I use it, I have to log in, update something, or the Adobe server doesn't work.  Multiply that times the number of users we have, and it's a pain in the you-know-what.

Oh ya also I notice that there's absolutely no path to provide feedback to Adobe about any of their products.  Is there one?
