How do I uninstall my old CC apps when I don't have access to my old work account?

Hi,

I was working for a company last year that had me install CC and many apps on my home computer during the pandemic.  I no longer work for that company and there fore do not have access to that company email address.  Now I want to uninstall all the apps but it requires that I log into my work account and I cannot do that.  Not only can I not log in with that email, but the old pohone number that was associated with the account is also no longer available. 

I'd love ot talk to a actual support person but of course, I need to log into the old account to get access to that feature and as I stated previously, that's not an option.

Any suggestions on the next course of action?
