How do I view my team and change users
How do I view my team members and manage them?

When you login to www.adobe.com with you ID, under your name on the right hand side in addition to Manage Account, do you also see an option for Manage Team? If yes, that is where you can manage the users on your team.
If not, you are not signed in with an ID that is listed as an administrator for your teams account.
