How do we enforce cloud storage quotas?

Hello,

Does anyone know how to enforce a user's storage quota within the admin console?

There should be a way to enforce (to prevent abuse) and adjust these quotas as needed.

By default, users have 5GB allocated to their account, but we discovered several users are storing far beyond the storage quota - exceeding 1,700% above their quota!

Chat support said there is no way to prevent a user from going over their quota and can use as much of the total allocated space for our tenant. This would mean that a user could store over 1TB of data in their personal Adobe folder! 

They also recommended that I submit a feature request, but it's baffling that it is not already a feature!

I sure hope they were wrong and just didn't know the answer. Hopefully, someone here can assist!
