How does one remove a CC login on a remote device - manage devices.
I have a lot of users who have work accounts for Creative Cloud. They have logged into their accounts on their desktops in their offices. Now, they need to stay home because of Covid-19. They still need to do their work, but when they try to activate their accounts, they get the message, "The serial number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is already in use by the maximum allowed computers." Unfortunately there does not appear to be any way to deactivate a remote device and activate the home device. Logging in to adobe.com does not have that information. I cannot find any contact for my users to request device management.
