How handle UnifiedPluginInstallerAgent error -641?

Hi,

We are struggling with UPIA command line error like:

'Request failed with status = -641'.

We often use CLI and there are cases when we don't know what happened and how to deal with it.

This error occurs when you are trying to install extensions or plugins using commands with sudo on the Universal Plugin Installer Agent (UPIA) command-line tool. To fix this issue, open the Creative Cloud desktop app. Then try installing your extension or plugin.

So above states that we use sudo, but not true at all. We try to open Creative Cloud desktop app, and partially it fixes a lot of these '-641', but there is something more. We want to tell our clients what have to do in these cases, but we don't know what extra activity we have to fulfill to let the UPIA install or list our plugins.

At this moment we let the CC update itself so waiting for updates is a blocker to installing updates/new plugins.

Is there any extra command to run or activity to do, let us know?
