When exporting the CC user list to .csv in the Admin Console, I have noticed some spurious Country Codes reported for our users. What determines this? It reports countries for users that are incorrect, and giving misleading information for licence analysis and assignment purposes.
When new users are added by providing their email, users need to complete their account and add information such as Passwords, Names, Dates of Birth, and Country/ Region. Some of these values might be the ones that the users selected while completing their profile.
In some cases, the Country Code might be undefined(UD). I do not why this happens but you can update the details to their User IDs.
