How ready are the Chinese versions?

Am packing a traditional chinese package but it seems not all apps have localizations such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator but on adobe.com it is stated Chinese versions are available now. Is it a problem with my Creative Cloud Packager, or our account or something else?
