How to access multiple clouds?

I have assets in my creative cloud. I also have been invited to 2 other creative clouds with assets. Those other clients already paid for my seat/license. So how do I access multiple clouds?

Seems crazy that I would need a separate computer for each cloud.

    You don't need to access everything. The other clients can simply share the assets with you so that you can access them using one Adobe ID.
