How to add additional Teams to our account.

Question

I am being asked if we know who all is in the "Everyone" team and if it is possible to create additional teams? The idea is that our Marketing Department would like to be able to share libraries to a team instead of granting individual access by person or the "Everyone" team that is currently available.
