How to add department to manage team screen?

When managing the team to assign licenses, how to I add departments or descriptions to the screen so that we can keep tabs on which departments or sectors are using licenses?

We would like to inform you we just have an option to assign and revoke seats to users, however, categorize the department within it.

Thanks, but I'm really looking for a way to organize that screen. Maybe even with user defined fields. It would help me define which departments are using which licenses so I can charge back appropriately.

It would also be great to be able to sort by something other than alphabetically - for example, I'd love to be able to see who the last person was who accepted my invitation.
