How to cancel orphan account without access to it?

We have an account created by Fedele Di Maggio and he is not anymore with our company but we receive a payments and his card and account is blocked. We have bought a new subscription under Dipocket Ltd. for Maria Bielik, we would like to cancel the one for Fedele Di Maggio on Dipocket Limited

Hello as stated we cannot login to Orphan account account for Maria Bielik is other account we have created, not connected to the one we want to terminate.

@Clever_Dreamer876c - as stated, If Maria is your new organization administrator, please ask her to log in to the Admin Console and either start a chat or create a support case. She should provide details about the inactive account and the cancellation request. Since this process involves changes to the account and the cancellation of a plan, verification will be required. Support can only handle this through a call or chat.

Honestly that is not my problem where to post it - we as a company don’t have access to Orphan account that was paid by former CEO, please contact DiPocket directly to resolve this, receive payments that naturally won’t go because person is no our employee anymore. Move it yourself.

We cannot login to Orphan account and use Orphan person account and your system does not have ANY normal ways of contact if you are not logged to your account.
