How to cancel orphan account without access to it?2

We have an account created by Fedele Di Maggio and he is not anymore with our company but we receive a payments and his card and account is blocked. We have bought a new subscription under Dipocket Ltd. for Maria Bielik, we would like to cancel the one for Fedele Di Maggio on Dipocket Limited

We are currently locked out of our account. The administrator who created the account and set up the billing card is no longer available, and we cannot log in. Could a support representative please contact us directly to help resolve this issue and restore our access? Or just terminate the account completely.

 

We cannot login to Orphan account and use Orphan person account and your system does not have ANY normal ways of contact if you are not logged to your account.

    Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble here.

    To confirm my understanding: the account and billing card were set up by a former colleague, Fedele Di Maggio, you are now locked out of that account, and you would like the subscription under it cancelled or the account terminated. You have since moved to a separate subscription for another team member.

    This is an account and billing matter we will need to look into from our side, as it cannot be sorted from the sign-in screen. To help us locate the correct account, I have sent you a personal message. Please reply there with a few details and we will take it from there.
