How to change account managers.
How do I formally request a new account manager? I have had nothing but issues with my account manager. I'm attempting to renew an enterprise account. Every invoice I have received has had errors, things have been added, or the number of licenses increased with no notification from my account manager. They are trying to take advantage of us by slipping things in that I'm not asking for and hoping that I miss it. I'm on the 3rd invoice which is still incorrect.
