How to change the owner of a CC library?

Hello. Our company is growing and has moved to a business account. In order not to lose the links with the assets linked to the libraries of our personal account, we want to change the owner of a library (indeed the copy of a library causes the loss of links). Several tickets have been opened in the past about this issue but none of them clearly answers the problem. Some Adobe employees even announced to develop this feature very soon but we still can't find a way to fix it. My question is simple: how to change the owner of a library? If it's still not possible, when will the feature be developed?
