How to check my adobe creative cloud account validity.

I purchased 01 year creative cloude subscrption on account <email removed-kglad> and in last four months after purchased subscriptions i hardly able to used creative cloude 04 to 05 days only because of accounts shows you have no subscription, my admin not pick up phone and in last week my admin pickup phone and now i used last 4 days with pop-up showing you have 05 days to account expire day by day expiring date come close. where to i contact and how i know may account validity. beacuse in default plan/account details shows you have no any plan or subscription.

i assume you have a teams or enterprise subscription.  if that's the case, you can get no help except via your admin, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/contact-administrator.html

You have been assigned a license by your administrator, and you can access your subscription by selecting the Work/School Account option when signing in.

If you are unable to access your subscription, please contact your administrator, as they manage your license and any payment-related settings through the Admin Console. You may refer to the link shared by  @kglad for steps on how to contact your admin.
