How to check via e.g. Powershell if the Adobe CC license is active.

I'm in IT admin for two Belgian art schools and I'm developing a powershell script that nags to the users if a certain license is about to expire. Since we work with Academic Software and the students need to renew their license yearly for educational access.

Since not every student activates their license on the same time, I'm looking for a good way so I have a date and/or boolean if the license of Adobe CC and the installed apps are valid or not.

Online I read about Adobe Licensing Toolkit (ADTK), but this talks about shared devices. Yet, is this going to work on student laptops which aren't shared devices?

The Named User license end-date relies on the organization contract. For a Shared Device license, the admin can use the Licensing Toolkit.
