How to deactive and delete admin user

Hi I have changed my email but still I see previous mail and in addition I can not to edit/manage it...

Could you help me?

Hope you're doing well.

You can edit any user's details including Admins with your System Admin credentials in the Admin Console. Note that the following details can be updated:

You can modify the following details for a user:

  • User Groups and Products associated with the user
  • Administrative rights
  • Country

Have a look at Edit user details to learn more about how to edit/remove users individually from the Admin Console.

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.
